Responsibilities:
Make sure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
Qualifications:
Previous work in a customer-facing position Must have graduated high school, received a G.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
