This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience in a quick-service restaurant environment, with a focus on drive-thru operations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and analytical skills Passion for providing exceptional customer service Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of Chick-fil-A culture and values is preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of drive-thru employees, ensuring excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of drive-thru supplies, such as food, condiments, and packaging materials.
Develop and implement efficient and effective drive-thru procedures to improve order accuracy and speed of service.
Conduct regular training sessions for drive-thru employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items, promotions, and customer service protocols.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of drive-thru orders.
Implement quality control measures to ensure that all drive-thru orders meet Chick-fil-A's high standards for food quality and presentation.
Continuously monitor and analyze drive-thru performance metrics, such as order accuracy, speed of service, and customer satisfaction, and develop strategies for improvement.
Communicate effectively with other restaurant leaders to ensure that the overall operations of the restaurant are seamless and efficient.
