Join the place where our patients and team love to be! H2 Health is seeking a driven Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work part-time or full-time in our H2 Health Prime Living Division.
This is a mobile position providing outpatient services in Senior Communities.
Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about helping others, committed to providing quality care and looking to grow within our family.
In this position, the therapist will provide 1:
1 services in senior living communities and residential homes within a 10-mile radius of the primary community.
The caseload is a mix of general orthopedic conditions, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs.

Graduate of an accredited college or university.
Experience:
Prior experience in mobile outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, new grads are welcome!
Qualifications:
Valid state license to practice Physical Therapist Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and practices Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to travel to patient's homes or other locations within a 10-mile radius of the primary location Ability to work independently and multitask Computer proficiency Must be comfortable providing in-home visits or senior communities Current CPR certification Work Hours:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
