This position is responsible for organizing, developing, administering, & implementing retail/programmatic marketing plans to support directives laid out by leadership.

Salary commensurate with experience, staring at:
$88,441.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing program/plans as directed by (or in collaboration with) leadership Set, prioritize, and manage program goals and objectives for multiple teams within the marketing program Performs complex assignments with high level of responsibility, judgement, and initiative Coordinates works assignments based on departmental objectives, priorities, and deadlines Ensures work project is accurate, compliant, within budget and produces intended results Responsible for 100% of program budget development and management of the program Duties:
Manage departmental marketing program, set goals and priorities, and improve outcomes Oversee management of owned/leased buildings and real estate with a focus on effective marketing Develop, monitor, and adjust program budgets and coordinate budget requests Create and implement program policies, procedures, and practices analyze best practices and trends, and make recommendations Collaborate with departmental leadership to assess marketing needs for buildings and renovations Respond to complex customer requests, assess satisfaction, and improve processes Implement technology standards to improve efficiency and tracking Supervise and guide staff, advising on complex concerns and issues Approve, support, and monitor social media content and website content Act as a liaison for signage and public relations partners Coordinate with other marketing, event management, print media, and social media partners.

One to six Direct Reports Exercise direct supervision, and indirect supervision through Job Level Assistant Director & below managers Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization policies and applicable laws Educational/Experience Requirements:
Training and experience for advanced-level professional classification equivalent to a Bachelor's degree and ten to fifteen years of experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position Industry credentialing Must have a valid Florida driver's license with a driving record acceptable to company standards Prompt and regular attendance is a requirement of this position Benefits for Full-Time Eligible Positions:
