Responsibilities include supporting various HR activities for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and wellness; preparing and processing HR related paperwork; completing assigned HR projects; assisting employees with general HR related questions; and coordinating HR events.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, project coordination aptitude, time management skills, flexibility, empathy, sensitivity to confidential matters and the ability to interact well with all levels of internal management and staff.
These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities Prepares orientation packets Prepare/setup conference room for orientation session Print orientation list and put on podium Prepare new hire names for gift card drawing Update and maintain new hire status tracking spreadsheet and orientation rosters Receive new hire paperwork, review for completion and accuracy, and process Work with HR Liaisons and Managers Update and maintain new hire status tracking spreadsheet and orientation rosters Schedule assessments as required Schedule employees for orientation and send confirmation emails Notify Managers of any no shows or missing documents Check for rehires in ADP and the non-hirable tracking sheet Create new hire folder and start new hire checklist Process background checks, including MVR's, and process accordingly Continually monitor for completed reports Send adverse letters for ineligible hires due to background reports and notify HR Liaisons Maintain an adequate supply of new hire onboarding forms, water, and snacks Greet new hires at orientation Collect ID's and make copies Take photos and prepare DreamMaker Passport Rewards cards Clean up orientation room Review new hire paperwork and checklist for accuracy and completion Once E-Verify completed and reviewed, provide employee files to HRIS Assist with scanning Creates DreamMaker Passport Rewards cards for TVCS and Brownwood Provide receptionist support Prepare and submit onboarding report Provide Director of Human Resources regular support on HR activities/projects Perform other duties as needed Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Experience with ADP Workforce Now system preferred Applicant must have strong working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as excellent written and oral communications skills Prompt and regular attendance is a requirement of this position.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
