Responsibilities:

1 time with physicians, eliminating wait times, coordinating care with specialists and practitioners, involving patients in the decision-making process and providing complimentary resources that teach disease prevention and management.
With 8 care centers and 15 specialties, we are able to provide seamless patient-centered care.
As a result we have 98% patient satisfaction rates and consistently perform within the top 1% nationally for quality.
A non-exempt position responsible for assisting the Marketing and Sales Department in promoting and spreading the word of our exemplary care model, while recruiting new patients to our primary and specialty care centers.
The Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in creating new programs from the ground up.
Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Ability to manage many projects at once while staying within deadline for each project Attend weekly meetings, take notes, and organize action items Schedule advertising efforts with outside vendors as needed High attention to detail and above average proofreading skills Utilize Word Press to manage website content Assist in the development and execution of campaigns Create & publish approved social medial posts Monitor and maintain integrity on local listings, such as Google Assist in tracking of marketing campaigns to help determine return on investment Take photos for events and other needs as assigned by direct supervisor Prepare reports and spreadsheets as requested Deploy monthly mailings working internally & with outside vendors Provide ongoing support to marketing team leadership Assistance with sales-driven events as needed Preparing & ordering marketing items & collateral as needed Providing support to team members with online marketing catalog when needed Education/Experience Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word and Excel Experience using email marketing platforms, social media tools and other marketing tools Independently obtains the necessary skills required to perform duties and keep up with current technology Support/assist with video production as needed Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field preferred Proactive, positive, can-do attitude Salary commensurate with experience, starting at $45,000.
