Responsibilities:
Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order Ensure all our guests feel welcomed and let them know you are there to take care of them Know regular guests by name; know their preferences and needs Make recommendations you genuinely feel that your guests will enjoy Take food and beverage orders and enter into POS system Calibrate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff Check guests' identification and confirm legal drinking age Handle any complaints or problems with a positive attitude Go above and beyond guests' expectations; respond promptly and courteously to requests Present bills, accept payments, operate POS system, upholding cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant/section Perform running/closing side work assigned Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the restaurant.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
