The Remarketing Specialist preserves or re-writes current accounts in keeping with firm and individual goals.
Remarketing Specialists build and maintain relationships with existing clients, service teams, insurance company partners and centers of influence.
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Preserves or re-writes existing business upon client or Managing Partner requests.
Reviews all remarketing quotes.
Identifies opportunities for account rounding and actively rounds the accounts or defers to specialized colleagues.
Gathers information and develops recommendations for existing clients, presents proposals in a professional manner by reviewing coverages in detail to ensure understanding, while adhering to firm policies and procedures.
Communicates with clients, insurance company partners, and service team in an articulate and effective manner.
Maintains a concern for accuracy, timeliness and completion when interacting with current clients, the firm and insurance company partners to minimize potential for errors and omissions claims while demonstrating strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Maintains understanding and knowledge of insurance industry and underwriting criteria for insurance company partners represented by the firm to effectively communicate to all involved.
Expected to deliver on key metrics established by Leadership.
Positively represents the firm and our insurance company partners in the community.
Looks for opportunities to improve the firm, business segment, and processes.
Brings issues and discrepancies to the attention of appropriate leadership.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to learn appropriate insurance company and firm software systems.
Self-starter with the ability to influence others through effective verbal and written presentation skills.
EDUCATION &
Experience:
Experience negotiating, structuring, and issuing personal lines policies preferred.
Demonstrates the firm's core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with the corporate culture.
Obtain and maintain a minimum of a 20-44 state insurance license (2-20 state insurance license preferred), as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide risk management consulting or risk transfer solutions as necessary in states where the firm functions (or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment).
ELIGIBLE FOR CHARTER SCHOOL Special Working Conditions:
Fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Travel as required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
