Responsibilities:
Welcome guests in a warm & friendly manner Seat guests and manage the seating chart via RESY Answer the restaurant phones and book reservations/answer questions Respond to guest inquiries & requests in a timely, friendly & efficient manner Skills:
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members Strong hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests Exceptional guest relations abilities to provide outstanding customer service Willingness to help others and contribute to a positive team environment Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional and courteous interactions Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$18.

00 per hour Expected hours:
20 - 40 per week
