Responsibilities:
Assists Clinic Director in the management of staff and daily operations Influences the culture to ensure a successful team.
Oversees or performs all front office tasks, including but not limited to:
Answering phones.
Scheduling patients.
Process requests for referrals, plans of care and authorizations.
Faxing documentation to providers.
Processing new referrals.
Checks patients in/out and schedules them.
Calculates and collects patient balances.
Corresponds with physician offices and insurance companies.
Understands, manages, and communicates clearly about insurance benefits.
Manages quality assurance checks.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Previous experience in a similar role required MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.
Previous experience managing front office and staff.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
