We are looking for a spirited and eager individual who is passionate about preparing our guests the best homemade comfort food in The Villages. If you have an engaging personality mixed with a good portion of hands on work style and strong professional ethic, we would like to meet you.
A successful candidate will possess knowledge of all BOH positions. This position will be solely on the hotline and responsible for leading kitchen staff and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
? Minimum 2 years experience in the restaurant industry
? Customer service focused
? Attention to detail
? Outgoing and interpersonal skills
? Capable of multi-tasking, working independently and in a team environment
? Ability to stand for extended periods of time
? Must be able to lift 20lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs
? Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
? High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities:
? Certify that all BOH operations are executed in a proper and timely manner
? Lead and coach up to twelve employees in one shift
? Maintain restaurant cleanliness through training and coaching
? Follow all safety and health standards
? Assists the Chef and Sous Chef in day to day operations
