The Club Health and Rehabilitation, a 60 bed private suite, short term skilled rehabilitation facility, part of Greystone Health, is now recruiting for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant at this brand new healthcare resort! This state of the art community will be dedicated to providing state of the art healthcare in a resort style environment. Utilizing many Culture Change initiatives The Club will include; resort like neighborhoods, plush common and dining areas, spacious and beautifully appointed private suites, two state of the art rehabilitation gyms, a wireless cafe, lush courtyards, and water features.
The responsibilities of the Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant include carrying out treatments instructed by the occupational therapist, detect signs and symptoms of favorable and unfavorable reactions, record and keep current treatment schedules, and assure timeliness of paperwork, consistently perform at the required productivity level, and accurately and regularly record all pertinent information regarding the occupational therapy treatment program.

Job Requirements:
Must have an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy. Completion of an Occupational Therapist Assistant course approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Must hold and maintain current license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the State of FL. License must be in good standing.
Must have one year, full-time experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant in a skilled nursing facility.
Must be able to relate positively, favorably and motivate members and families and work cooperative with others.
Must be observant and accurate in recognizing and documenting patient change.
Knowledge of principals involved in applying standard therapeutic procedures and a broad range of adaptive devices.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
